help managing your ADHD

Home: Welcome

Welcome!  I'm glad you're here.

I'm Luisa, a Clinical Psychologist in Melbourne, Australia.  My passion is helping adults with ADHD overcome obstacles and achieve their potential!

Having ADHD in a neurotypical world can be stressful to say the least.  I offer support for the journey, tailored to your needs.  If you're new to ADHD, you might be looking to learn more about ADHD and to process what it means to you.  Or you might be looking to deepen your understanding of yourself - who you are behind the mask.  If you're looking for help with things related to executive functioning - like procrastination - I offer ADHD-friendly strategies.

Therapy for Adult ADHD

If you suspect you may have ADHD, or you've been diagnosed, chances are you're struggling to achieve what you want in your work life and in your relationships. Staying focused, remembering things, seeing tasks through to completion, and staying on top of your responsibilities at work and at home can feel like an impossible struggle at times. I aim to tailor a course of therapy to your specific needs - the difficulties you're experiencing and the problems which are a priority to you right now.

Online treatment programs

These are online courses aimed at treating conditions like anxiety at depression. At time of writing these are free within Australia as they're funded by the government. Some are entirely self-directed (you complete them on your own) while others involve some contact with a therapist.
