Welcome! I'm glad you're here.
I'm Luisa, a Clinical Psychologist in Melbourne, Australia. My passion is helping adults with ADHD overcome their obstacles and achieve their potential!
ADHD affects many facets of life and can feel overwhelming at times, especially if it's a new realisation for you. You don't have to go through it alone. I offer support for coming to terms with the diagnosis, rebuilding your self-esteem, and skill-building targeted specifically toward the difficulties often faced by adults with ADHD.

Therapy for Adult ADHD
If you suspect you may have ADHD, or you've been diagnosed, chances are you're struggling to achieve what you want in your work life and in your relationships. Staying focused, remembering things, seeing tasks through to completion, and staying on top of your responsibilities at work and at home can feel like an impossible struggle at times. I aim to tailor a course of therapy to your specific needs - the difficulties you're experiencing and the problems which are a priority to you right now.
Adult ADHD Assessment
Do you think you may have ADHD? An ADHD assessment can explore this further and help provide some clarity, so that you can move forward with a treatment approach suitable for you.

Online treatment programs
These are online courses aimed at treating conditions like anxiety at depression. At time of writing these are free within Australia as they're funded by the government. Some are entirely self-directed (you complete them on your own) while others involve some contact with a therapist.
